There are so many great reasons to choose livestream classes. Maybe you or someone you are close to are immune compromised and you're avoiding group environments with people you don't know.
Maybe you have kiddos at home and you're having to choose between childcare and your own personal wellness journey.
SCHEDULE & FAQ:
MONDAY: 8:30am Yoga Flow Ready to start the week, we will flow through this yoga class, waking up our core, strengthening our body, and finding great length and deep breaths along the way. Suitable for all fitness levels.
TUESDAY: 5:45pm Gentle Yoga My gentlest class of the week. We are going to find long stretches, deep breaths, and give ourself time to unwind and care for ourselves. If you've never done yoga before, you'll still be able to follow along and love this simple class.
WEDNESDAY: 8:30am Barre-Lates This class is my brain child. Every class is different, but each time you can expect to get sweaty and feel invigorated and strong! We use light weights (think 2-5 pounds) and target our upper body, our lower body, and our core! A total body workout that will leave you feeling amazing. Suitable for all fitness levels.
THURSDAY: 5:45 Barre Fun playlist, light weights, low-impact cardio... my FAVORITE. CLASS. All fitness levels welcome! You'll have so much fun.
FRIDAY: 8:30am Gentle Yoga We end the week with a gentle class. Long, deep stretches. Balance work and mobility work come into play in this class to keep our body mobile and flexible. All fitness levels welcome.
DO I NEED SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: You can take all of my classes without equipment, but I do encourage you to have something nearby to use as weights for our weights classes. That can be cans from the pantry, bottles of water, bottles of wine, you name it! I find yoga and mat work to be much more comfortable with a yoga mat or even towel to lie on the ground, and if you're new to yoga you may want to invest in some yoga blocks or anything similar that can help with modifications!
I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO SEE ME: That's completely fine. I have a few clients that prefer to keep their cameras off during our group livestream classes, and they still get a great workout in!
I'M NOT FIT OR FLEXIBLE/I'VE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE: Don't worry. I want these classes to be as accessible as possible, so you can be sure there will be a lot of modifications offered and ways to make things easier on our bodies. I encourage everyone to take breaks, to rest, and most importantly LISTEN TO THEIR BODIES. We aren't here to force our bodies to do the classes, but make our practice work for our own bodies.
HOW MUCH ARE THE CLASSES: A single class is $12 to drop in. If you want to take more than 6 classes a month, I suggest you pay my unlimited monthly rate of $80 and come to as many classes as you want each month!
