I am not a strictly weight-focused trainer. I will not encourage my clients to go on restrictive diets, eliminate food groups, or try to force their bodies to do things that they can't - or don't want to - do.
I believe in finding our healthiest version of ourselves in every leg of our fitness journey. It's about loving ourselves right now, and finding more and more reasons to love ourselves as we crush our goals.
