I am a 200RYT certified yoga instructor, certified pilates & barre instructor, and I have 5 years experience in weight lifting. I do not believe that "healthy" is a certain size, or looks the same on every body. I believe in finding our happiest, healthiest version of ourselves in each leg of our wellness journey.
